About the Hoover Team The team is driven by President and Owner Brent Hoover's vision of excellence. The Hoover family has a variety of enthusiastic team members including assemblers, engineers, quality testers, landscape and irrigation professionals, technicians, geeks, inventors, problem solvers, managers and thinkers.

Company History Brent Hoover worked in "hands-on" field jobs as he obtained his engineering education. As the owner of Hoover Irrigation, Brent could not find good quality pump system equipment for his projects, When Brent designed his own to address the needs of irrigation systems, the Hoover pump system was born.
From the mid-1980s to today, the Hoover pump system became, and has remained, the standard for landscape irrigation throughout Florida and the Caribbean. The original Hoover was designed to withstand the harsh Florida climate. The pump system designs continue to evolve as better quality components and new technologies are adopted. Common sense combined with innovative technology results in pump system designs that stand up to increasingly complex irrigation systems while conserving energy and water resources. The Hoover Flowguard® was created to meet the needs of busy customers who manage multiple irrigation systems, or are dealing with aging irrigation systems.
